Winter Holidays are here and we have chosen some family fun places to explore in Melbourne! This is a great opportunity to take the family out to explore and enjoy our wonderful city. It is also a fantastic way to keep the kids busy on these school holidays and gives them something to brag about when back at school!
Firelight Festival - (1st July - 3rd July 2022) 5pm-10/11pm
Docklands is being taken over by the Firelight Festival for three nights! This free festival features a night of fire and light shows, fire pits, live music and performances! All you need is money for the pop-up food trucks!

Lightscape in the Royal Botanical Gardens - (24th June - 7th August 2022) 5:15pm - 8/9pm
The Royal Botanical Gardens is the first garden in Australia to host Lightscape which is in partnership with Sony Music Entertainment. Lightscape take its audience on a 1.8km journey of vibrant coloured lights and sounds!

Making Art: Imagine Everything is Real - (27th June - 9th October 2022) 10am - 5pm
Making Art is a free all ages exhibition at the National Gallery of Victoria. It invites children and their families to explore and experiment different ways of making their own work of art. The exhibition offers four activities areas to experiment with paper collage, poetry, drawing and large-scale sculptures.
This free exhibition is in conjunction with the premier of Melbourne Winter Masterpieces Exhibition, The Picasso Century.

Jurassic World at Myer Melbourne - (until Sunday 10th July 2022) 11am-3pm
If your kids or adults absolutely love dinosaurs, this is the place to explore! Myer on Bourke Street have a Jurassic World enclosure on Level 7.
The dinosaur enclosure features large animatronic dinosaurs in their habitat, there is even an amber fossil workshop to test your pale-ontology skills! On Level 6 there is an eight-metre T-Rex for a great photo opportunity!

Winter Night Market - (1st June - 31st August 2022)
