James
James is the co-founder and director of Free Agency, with a background in teaching. He loves walking on the beach with his dog and cherishes time spent with his wife and young son. James is deeply passionate about running Free Agency and creating opportunities for growth and success within the education sector. -
Tim
Tim is the co-founder and director of Free Agency, bringing a wealth of experience from his background in teaching Physical Education. A proud country boy from Shepparton, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and daughters. His passion for education and family is at the core of everything he does. -
Michael
Mick brings over 20 years of experience in education recruitment to his role, having moved from NSW to Victoria. He spends his weekends coaching his kids in sports and managing Bonbeach YCW Junior Sports. Mick is also a passionate golfer, always aiming for the next perfect swing. -
Robyn
Robyn has a wealth of experience in leadership roles within early childhood education, making her a key asset to the team. She enjoys spending time with her family and walking her dogs on the beach, as well as supporting her children as they compete internationally in BMX racing. Robyn aspires to write a children's book, blending her love for storytelling and education. -
Tom
Tom is passionate about playing guitar and trying new foods, with his most recent favourite being yak kebabs. He was born in Hong Kong in the same hospital as Jackie Chan. His love for music and exploring different cultures. Tom holds numerous qualifications in fields such as Law, Philosophy and Economics. -
Clem
Originally from New Caledonia and having lived half her life in New Zealand, Clem enjoys time with her partner and her dog, Chouquette, who’s named after a pastry. An avid crocheter and rugby fan, she’s always cheering for the team that's winning. Her creative hobbies make her a dynamic member of the team. -
Ash
Ash has a background in psychology and primary school teaching. She enjoys walks with her Border Collie, Sonny, and dreams of publishing a children's book one day. Ash enjoys walks along the beach and spending time with her family and friends. -
Mel
Mel has spent the past 7 years working in early education before transitioning into education recruitment. Outside of work, she loves cuddling with her sausage dog, Ruby, and playing netball. Her passion for both education and sports makes her an energetic and engaging member of our team. -
Rosetta
Rosetta recently moved from NSW to Victoria to further her career in education recruitment. With 18 years of experience as an early learning educator, she also holds a qualification in holistic counselling. Her expertise in both education and personal development enriches her approach to education recruitment. -
Mark
Mark has over 10 years of experience in childcare and education support, working with children to foster their growth. He enjoys playing football and cricket in his spare time and loves taking long walks with his cavoodle, Fraser. Mark enjoys watching football, even when his favourite teams play during the early hours of the morning. -
Sarah
Sarah loves to travel and explore new cultures, but she also finds fulfilment in her work in the classroom. She plays a key role in allocating teachers to schools, ensuring the best fit for both educators and schools. Her ability to balance her passion for travel with her dedication to education makes her a valuable asset to the team. -
Nicky
Nicky has been in the teaching industry for 30 years. Before joining Free Agency, she owned Teacher Relief Services and has enjoyed upholding its legacy of providing schools with quality teachers. She loves living near the beach and keeping fit with Pilates, bike riding, boxing and walking the dogs. Nicky enjoyes spending time with her husband and two beautiul children. -
Tess
Tess has been a recruitment consultant as well as the office manager for the Peninsula branch for 8 years. Having studied Psychology at University, she loves forming connections with people, working together and bringing a smile to people’s faces. When she is not in the office, she loves walking my two dogs, working in the veggie garden and going to markets. -
Kiara
Kiara has been an Office Administrator for the Peninsula/Cranbourne Office for 2 years. Prior to this position, she worked as an Education Support Officer with the agency before gaining a full time position at a local school, She found this extremely rewarding. Kiara's lifestyle change led her to the Administrator role at Free Agency and when she is not in the office, she love spending my free time with my 2 dogs and sewing. -
Jaz
Jaz has enjoyed a transition from working in retail to Education Recruitment. She loves exercising outdoors and loves spending time with her cats, Bertie and Luna. Jaz loves exploring new places, her favourite to date is New Zealand.
