Our accounts team processes payroll weekly on Mondays, meaning you will receive payment every Monday for the previous week’s work.
After you apply, we will reach out to learn more about you and provide login details for our application portal. We'll also schedule a remote interview to discuss your preferred work types and address any questions you may have. Following the interview and your completion of the portal details, we’ll send you login information for our app, allowing you to enter your availability for work.
You will need to provide two recent referees (from within the past year), ideally mentor teachers or school leaders. Your referees will receive confidential forms to complete.
The minimum charge per shift is three hours, depending on the educator's qualifications. They can be sent home at any time if their services are no longer required.
We typically reach out via SMS or phone call for nearby shifts. Initially, you may receive more assignments early in the morning, but as you gain experience with different schools, you can expect more pre-booked work and advance notice. Additionally, some shifts will be available on the app for you to accept.
No, you won’t need to submit timesheets. We keep your shift details on file. If you finish earlier or later than expected, please inform us so we can update your shift accordingly.
There are no fees, and we do not take a percentage of your pay. Schools compensate the agency for our services in finding suitable casual and permanent staff.
We offer competitive pay above the award level, and your rate will be based on your experience and registration.
